Rudolf SchneiderAikido-Teacher, leader of the Dojo7. DAN AikidoBorn in 1960, practising Aikido since 1976, member and tester in the „Bundesverband der Aikido-Lehrer, BDAL e. V.“ (Federal Association of Aikido-teacher), awarded state recognition as special trainer for Aikido in the „Fachverband für Aikido in Bayern, FAB“ (Special Association for Aikido in Bavaria). „I have been running the Aikido-Dojo Forchheim since 1988. Besides the techniques of Aikido I am teaching first and foremost the principles and the strategies based on natural movements. ,Only if the inner way is harmonious the technique works – similar to the human senses – without thinking.’ Based on this approach I work and research on the inner principles of Aikido. This gets also expressed in my teaching methods which are characterized by openness and transparency and which give the learners the possibility to develop an own Aikido personality. Another main focus is the instruction of Aikido trainers“. “ ►

Gerhard EndresAikido-Teacher6. DAN AikidoBorn in 1957, practising Aikido since 1984, awarded state recognition as special trainer for Aikido in the „Fachverband für Aikido in Bayern“. „Aikido deals with communication between people. Aikido learners spend many years of their life exercising and improving techniques and movement processes. This is only possible through the exchange with each other. It is a permanent giving and taking between Nage and Uke based on respect and trust for each other. It is a permanent giving and taking between Nage and Uke based on respect and trust for each other. As an Aikido-trainer the connection of the Ki-flow (Ki Musubi) out of an upright and relaxed position is very important for me.“ This harmonic work with the goal to challenge and above all to support one another is an active communication in the movement, not only on a physical but after many years of practise also on a spiritual basis. This is one of the aspects which makes Aikido so precious for me. Thich Nhat Hanh wrote: „If people with different spiritual traditions come together none of them is losing. The communication with one another is a profit for everybody“

Peter KrausAikido-Teacher6. DAN AikidoBorn in 1954, practising Aikido since 1982 „Most important for me is to practise the right posture. This means an upright, relaxed and centralised body posture as a basis for efficient movements. Posture also means the inner posture when practising: • to work continuously on yourself but without grimness and a wrong
ambition With such an attitude Aikido is more than technique and movement. It is a way through life which can spend joy, energy and inspiration for a long time.“ ►

Klaus SchmoranzSpecial trainer (Aikido)4. DAN AikidoBorn in 1965, practising Aikido since 2000, awarded state recognition as special trainer for Aikido in the „Fachverband für Aikido in Bayern“. "„As a trainer I would like to mediate the following and set up a frame for it: - to better perceive oneself, to centralize and keep the centre in swing - to develop more presence and feeling for the body through the increasing harmonisation of the flow in movement - not to search for the fight but for the harmony - to train with mindfulness and tolerance in order cooperate without the pressure of performance and without the spirit of competition" ►

Günther ReichSpecial trainer (Aikido)4. DAN AikidoBorn in 1949, practicing Aikido since 1999 „I have been dealing with martial arts for many years. It was always about superiority, fight and competition. Only later when commencing with Aikido I realized that these contents do not lead to the aim. According to Laotse: „Whoever wins against others has physical power, whoever wins against himself is strong“. Take yourself back, avoid the physical struggle and win by way of balance. I am trying to give this philosophy of life further." ►
