All three beginner courses and weekend
workshops are offered by VHS Forchheim in our dojo. If you are interested but don't
want to wait until the course starts, you can attend up a trial session to get a first impression. It is best to wear long sports
trousers and a long-sleeved T-shirt. Please note that we train barefoot on
the mat, but please bring flip-flops that you can wear outside the mat area.
To try out the course, please come on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday for a trial session.
